Fog City is a lacrosse training & development program operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through rigorous training, high-level competition and elite coaching we strive to help build better young men. Ultimately, we use lacrosse as a vehicle to pursue higher education. Nearly all of our players go on to play lacrosse in college at some level.  We are a small, family operated club that believes in the value of relationships.  We seek to build bonds with our players & their families that last long after they have moved on from FC.
