Alex DiScala was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He then went on to receive a D1 lacrosse scholarship at Jacksonville University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2012. He coached D2 lacrosse at NDNU in Belmont for 4 years, where he was in charge of the strength and conditioning program as well. He is also currently a member of the Olympic lacrosse club in SF and a member of the Italian National Lacrosse team, where he competed in the World Games of Lacrosse in Netanya, Israel in the Summer of 2020.
